From the M11 exit at junction 8 follow the signs for A120 Bishops Stortford Bypass, onto A1184 St James Way and St James’ Park development is on your left with Meadowbrook entrance next left. Access from the south side is from the A1184 through Sawbridgeworth, and Spellbrook where you turn left at the roundabout to St James’ Park Development, next roundabout right and Meadowbrook is on your left.
