This scheme rewards families who choose our short-term residential respite care with exclusive benefits and complimentary rewards.

How It Works
For every paid week of respite care completed at a Connaught Care home, guests receive a stamp on their loyalty card.

Loyalty Rewards
After 5 paid respite weeks, guests receive a luxury hamper as a thank-you from our team.
After 10 paid respite weeks, guests receive one free week of respite care, subject to availability.

Respite to Permanent Care Offer
If respite guests decide to transition to permanent residential care, they may also be eligible for two weeks free, helping make the move to full-time care easier and more supportive.
