Seamus has spent his entire career focussed on changing the perception of the care sector and raising the standards not only of the physical product and environment, but also the resident experience within the homes. Bringing his hospitality background into care, Seamus has built a reputation for creating luxury living without compromise and has been instrumental in creating a concept that resonates with its residents, their families and the staff teams that support them.

TIM CARROLL

Commercial Director

Tim has extensive experience in the care sector financing the development of care homes when he worked with NatWest and Coutts over a period of 38 years. He left in 2013 to continue his involvement in the sector as Commercial Director in Berkeley Care with Paul Dixon and Seamus Halton and now with Connaught Care, advising on the financial and commercial direction of the group.

IAIN GORDON

Finance Director

Iain has an extensive background in Finance spanning over 20 years within both the Care sector and other commercial businesses. He was part of the successful Berkley Care Group as interim CFO and led on Berkley’s integration with the finance systems at Korian in France and across Europe.

Paul has spent the last twenty years growing Lawrence Baker into the largest UK specialist care home building contractor. A Quantity Surveyor by profession, Paul has spent his entire career in construction and development with the last 25 years all within the care sector.
